After Silence is an online community designed to help survivors communicate during their recovery from rape and sexual abuse. After Silence offers different forums: some focusing on specific topics related to recovery and healing, others for general discussion, and even some for lighter topics. TO protect members' privacy, most of the forums are only accessible to registered members. However, it's easy to register for a free account and gain full access to After Silence.

CyberTipline can be used to report various types of child sexual exploitation, including child pornography, online enticement of children for sexual acts, prostitution and sex tourism involving children, non-familial child molestation, and unsolicited obscene material sent to a child.

It Happened to Alexa Foundation [http://www.ithappenedtoalexa.org]
The It Happened To Alexa Foundation believes that family involvement and support are critical to helping rape victims cope with the trauma of prosecuting their attackers. To this end, the foundation helps defray the travel expenses of the victims' families during the litigation process.

Pandora's Aquarium [http://www.pandys.org]
Pandora's Aquarium is an online support group, message board, and live chat room for survivors of rape, sexual abuse, and all types of sexual violence. There are also survivor-related blogs.

RAINN [http://www.rainn.org]
The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network is the nation's largest anti-sexual assault organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1.800.656.HOPE (4673). This nationwide partnership of more than 1,100 local rape treatment hotlines provides victims of sexual assault with free, confidential services around the clock.
